This restaurant is not what is seems. Honest - yes, the restaurant is named Honest, opened up in Jacksonville on Baymeadows Rd. This all vegetarian, Indian food restaurant chain brings 49 years of history to our neighborhood. Check out their dosa or uttapam for some rich flavors!
The best BBQ on this side of heaven. Billy Jack's BBQ opened on Hecksher Dr. The menu includes, BBQ, of course, but also a Jack Daniels and coke frozen slushy. If that doesn't scream Jacksonville summer, I don't know what does.

Retailers are getting us ready for Halloween but the Jax City Ballet is getting ready for Christmas! 🎄 They are inviting you to audition for the Nutcracker ballet production! Auditions for kids age 4 and up will close 8/22. Learn more here.

Bee Friends Farm Honey Bee Festival will take place this Sunday from 10am - 4pm in the Expo Center at the Fairgrounds. There will be a marketplace, beekeepers doing AMA sessions, and a kid zone with hands-on activities!
